PPMRentsDenver.Com, a.k.a. Performance Property Management, reserves the right to refuse any payment made through electronic means at any time and for any reason. Payments must be calculated properly in order to receive proper credit. Successful processing of a payment does not guarantee that a property will be available for rent. You will need to verify receipt of the payment, and verify availability of property, or the acceptance of the transaction with our offices. As well, the payment must indicate the address for which it is intended via "message to seller" on the PayPal system. Should you have any questions regarding this policy please contact our offices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN USING THIS SERVICE:

  1. 1. There IS a fee for using this service, the convenience of this service carries a 4% fee based on the gross amount of the transaction.
  2. 2. In order to easily calculate your total due simply multiply your total amount due times 1.04, the result will be your total amount due.
  1. 3. As you can see below, we have provided the convenience and security of PayPal to allow you to process your payment to PPM Rents Denver.

In order to Use the Pay pal button, follow these directions:
  1. 1. Click on the "BUY NOW" Pay Pal Button
  2. 2. Change the "Item Price" to reflect the total amount due, leave quantity as one (1).
  3. 3. Click on the "UPDATE" link immediately below the quantity box
  4. 4. The Amount Payable should now reflect your total due
  5. 5. Either login and use your PayPal account, or continue on and use your credit/debit card without signing in
  6. 6. You will be given the opportunity to review your order. Be sure to enter the address for which the payment is being made in special instructions box
  7. 7. There will be a link under your billing address titled "Add special instructions to the seller" enter the address/property information in the text box provided by PayPal

 

 

If you have questions about what your total transaction amount should be, please call our offices. In the case of pending court actions, an inaccurate amount will not delay or postpone any action unless it exceeds the total amount due under the terms of your lease agreement.
