Here is a list of the items that you are going to need in order to complete the application process with PPM.
- Rental application
- LIST OF STUFF (you need these to apply!)

- Copy of your driver’s license or social security card
- Copy of current paystub
- Current electric and/or gas bill
- Make, model, year and license plate number on your vehicle(s)

It is our company policy to collect a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent. This security deposit is not to be considered the last month’s rent. Even though some landlords may choose to run their business this way, Performance Property Management does not.
Security deposits are held by the owners of the property and after the tenant has moved out and an inspection has been completed a final accounting of the security deposit shall be provided to the tenant.
